3. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order on LinStar creates a pending order that is confirmed via WhatsApp. LinStar reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Retailer Accounts

Retailer accounts are subject to a verification and approval process. LinStar reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any retailer account.

5. Limitation of Liability

LinStar sells equipment only and is not responsible for installation, configuration, or use of purchased products by the customer or any third party.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
